Product Availability

  • All of Bonbons De Lula products are baked fresh to order. Therefore, we do not keep a supply of pre-made desserts on hand.

Orders

  • Orders are placed online via the order form.

  • Orders must be placed at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance.

  • Blocked Days are days in which orders can not be accepted. Blocked Days will be announced on the order form and Instagram.

Payments

  • Payment is required prior or upon pickup.

  • Bonbons De Lula accepts card payments using Square payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB).

  • Please note that there is a small transaction fee (2.6%+$0.10) associated with card payments.

  • Zelle, Cash App, or Cash on Pickup are accepted payments with no fees. We do not accept Venmo or Paypal.

Pick-up

  • Orders must be picked up on your chosen pick-up date. Address disclosed via email when order is ready.

  • You will be contacted to arrange a pick up time reserved for you.

  • Please plan accordingly and be there for your pickup time.

Catering and Special orders

  • Catering and custom orders must be submitted online via the Inquiry form.

  • Inquires are evaluated case by case and a submission does not guarantee acceptance.

  • Inquires must be placed at least 7 days prior for special orders and 14-28 days prior for catering. The earlier, the better.

  • Blocked Days are days in which orders can not be accepted. Please plan accordingly.
